This maxi dress is cut from silk organza. Designed with 3/4 balloon sleeves, and a crew neckline. Featuring a waist bow tie. The skirt detail mae with 3 ruffled layers at the bottom. It is fitted through the bodice and falls to an a-line maxi skirt.
