Return/ Exchange Policy

 

Malka Majesty Return Policy

 

To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested and sent back within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.

     

  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

     

  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition. This includes any additional merchandise sent with the items.

     

  • All items and purchases that have a coupon code applied or promotional sale with a discount will be FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted with any use of discount code or sale off the original priced item. 

There will be a restock fee of $20.00 per item. Any amounts refunded will not include the restock fee.

 

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Coupon discount codes are not eligible for return.

Apparel: all original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.

Note: It is not possible to refund the purchase of a gift card. 

Malka Majesty Corp. reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our customer care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

 Returns

To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through email -malkamajestyfashion@gmail.com

Malka Majesty adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.

Please ship returning packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number. 

 Exchanges

Malka Majesty does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

 Refunds

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Malka Majesty will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.

Frequent Returns
We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.
Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders.
Malka Majesty reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.

Shipping charges for all returns or exchanges must be prepaid and insured by the customer.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Delivery

General Information


All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 


Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for shipping to addresses in the United States. We also accept orders from international customers who are responsible for the shipping cost outside of the United States. 


Delivery Time

For all in-stock items, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for postage delays.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Please be advised, all PRE-ORDERS make take 3-6 weeks to ship from the order date. See PRE-ORDER policy below.


Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs within the United States. International shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. 

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

PRE-ORDERS

PRE-ORDER POLICY


Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.


Please kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. 

Pre-Order dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment held by customs.


The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre-Order before they physically arrive in stock.


Malka Majesty is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-Order an item. Please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations.


You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-Order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement. However, it is recommended to purchase a Pre-Order item for an event that is at least 1 month after the advertised estimated delivery date (which you are required to accept upon placing an order for a pre-order item).
